Laser Cutting

Tube . Section . Plate

We offer tube, section and plate laser cutting on our Fibre and CO2 laser cutting machines. These are Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. We can cut various metal alloys and steels.

Bending & Forming

Tube . Plate

We have a range of CNC bending and forming machines. These machines can manipulate tubes and plates as required. With the use of integrated software we are able to draw and then program our machines to make complex bends and shapes. The key machines are the mandrel pipe bender, the tube end former and the plate press brake. They are all capable of working the full spectrum of metal alloys, grades and types for various sizes and shapes.

Pressing & Cutting

Various cut-to-length, shearing, pressing & punching machines for all material types are stocked. These machines carry out specific production work which complements the manufacturing processes. They are typically utilised together with custom built jigs and fixtures, all made in-house.

Machining & Drilling

To enable production and to ensure repeatability of customer products, we design and manufacture in-house tooling, welding and assembly jigs, and the necessary checking fixtures. We also make simple machined components. More complex machining is sourced from our competent machining partners.

Welding & Fabricating

We have coded welders to AWS D1.1 and ASME IX for various metal alloys. We have the skills and ability to manufacture to varying welding techniques each with their own specific advantages. Our facilities allow work in general sheet metal fabrication up to larger and heavier fabrications.

Painting, Finishing & Coating

We do wet spray painting for your standard primer and enamel coating needs. We can also offer a range of coating options all done to the necessary customer specifications. More specialised coatings are sub-contracted to approved partners.

Measuring & Quality Control

We are ISO 9001 certified. We measure, control and monitor each process through the use of quality control plans and work instructions. Our quality inspectors are trained and skilled to aid and assure all processes. We have a 3D measuring and inspection table, as well as metrology tables which are vital to the company’s quality control and assurance and is utilised in the development process as well.

Assembling & Shipping

We have key expertise and knowledge in assembly and packaging. We utilise a range of pneumatic tools in our assembly processes. Collections, couriers and delivery options are offered. Our shipping is done as standard “milk-runs” and we can typically offer delivery within the Gauteng area. Other areas are managed on a project basis.

Erecting & Installing

Depending on customer’s needs we can also offer on site erection and installation. We are ready to comply with all health and safety requirements. Our project managers and site supervisors oversee the whole project from establishment to commissioning and handover.
